Working principle

Double-acting hydraulic system: Amphibious excavators use a double-acting hydraulic system. The engine drives the hydraulic oil pump to generate high-pressure oil and transmit it to the hydraulic cylinder, driving the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to perform telescopic movement, thereby realizing various operations of the excavator, such as excavation, loading and rotation.
Slewing system: Amphibious excavators are equipped with a powerful slewing system. The engine drives the hydraulic oil pump to generate high-pressure oil and transmit it to the slewing motor, so that the excavator can rotate and improve work efficiency and maneuverability.
Switching between land and water working modes: Amphibious excavators can float in water and sail on the water through specially designed crawler pontoons and side pontoons; on land, they can use walking motors and crawlers to walk, realizing flexible conversion between water and land operations.
