1.How long is the delivery time of your equipment ?
- Within 15-20 days after receiving the deposit.
2.How to install the machine ?
- If need seller's installation help,the seller will send one (1) technologist to Your work place to conduct installation and train 3-5 workers to operate the machine, buyer shall arrange at least 3-5 workers to work with the engineers.
3.How long is the equipment warranty period ?
- We provide 12-months warranty for the quality of the diesel engine/generator, motor water pump (impeller is 6months), storage battery, but not responsible for rust.
4.When is the best time schedule lakes for cuttings?
Due to the large demand, in general for harvesting service, is best to have a contractor booked by October 31st for the coming year.
